Founded in 2025 by Dakota Parsons, TurnPro is based in Keizer, Oregon. Dakota brings more than 13 years of construction and maintenance experience, including more than five years turning apartment units.
How we operate
Every unit type gets a standing spec: the same paint, the same flooring, the same fixtures. That means our crews can walk into a 2x1 they've never seen and know exactly what goes in it. Materials are staged before day one, trades overlap instead of stacking, and the punch walk happens with you, not after you've already tried to lease it.
We are licensed and insured, BBB Accredited, and serve the I-5 corridor from Albany to Portland. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
